What is included in the price?
The monthly subscription fee includes backup, storage, support and access to our multi-tenant cloud management console for centralised management of all your Altaro Office 365 Backup customer accounts.
I have less than 30 mailboxes under management. Can I still use your service?
There is a minimum fee of 30 mailboxes per month, but you can use the service with fewer mailboxes – however, you will be billed for 30.
Do I pay per mailbox or per user?
Pay per mailbox per month, not per user. You only pay for the mailboxes backed up per month; at a minimum fee of 30 mailboxes a month.
Do customers require a separate product license?
No, clients do not need to purchase separate licenses. There are no additional costs involved.
Can I delete my account at any time?
Subscription is monthly, with the possibility of stopping at any time. Other providers within the industry require single or multi-year contracts.
