Channel Sales Manager

LOCATION: Home office (United States)

Due to steady growth we are now looking to hire a Channel Sales Manager. With over 40,000 customers worldwide, we continue to expand and reach new markets at a rapid pace; this position will help fuel our company’s growth.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Drive direct and indirect sales across all your territories
  • Recruit new distribution partners as needed
  • Work directly with distribution partners to drive significant growth in each territory through monthly marketing & sales activity plans
  • Drive revenue through partner recruitment and enablement
  • Enable and manage partners within your territories
  • Create, support, track, and measure all sales initiatives
  • Travel to territory for distributor meetings, trade shows and conferences to drive channel revenue
  • Follow up and distribute all leads from campaigns for qualification, subsequent sales cycles, and closure
  • Search for new partners to recruit and help run various partner recruitment campaigns
  • Manage your sales pipeline through recording and tracking of your leads and opportunities using our CRM
  • Call/liaise with customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Answer/process any incoming sales requests.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years in a similar role
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Personable/helpful character that comes across on the phone and in emails
  • Experience making/receiving many calls/emails a day
  • Experience looking for and successfully generating new business partnerships and customers
  • Background or understanding in IT will be considered and asset
  • Experience working with CRMs would be an asset
  • Organised.
