The user interface is simple the navigate, straight forward to use and easy to set up a new customer and connect to their 365 tenant. The automation during set up and the on-going backup process removes a huge amount of admin time. Backup frequency is excellent. All of the best parts of their VM backup product but in the cloud and I haven't been able to fault it yet, and for a very reasonable price.

The user interface makes it very easy to install, configure and monitor. As an MSP, it is important to have a single view of all clients' backups and be able to manage them easily. Altaro makes the process incredibly easy.

I love the fact we were able to just set it up and forget about it, as new mailboxes are added in Office 365 they are automatically included in the backups, restoring someones mailbox has been easy and fast, pricing is right in the sweet spot.
