Microsoft does not back up and recover its subscribers' Microsoft 365 data and cannot help if unexpected data loss or damage occurs. At the same time, professional MSPs cannot offer Microsoft 365 services to their customers without also providing backup services. Minimal recovery point objective: Backups of your customers' Microsoft 365 data take place automatically multiple times per day, ensuring a low recovery point objective (RPO) in case of data loss or damage.
Fast, reliable and simple recovery: You can restore:
- entire mailboxes or granularly restore selected mail items, by restoring back to the same mailbox or exporting to PST.
- files within OneDrive and SharePoint Document Libraries to an existing OneDrive Account or SharePoint Document Library, or to a downloadable ZIP archive.
- multiple mailboxes, OneDrive accounts or SharePoint sites using a simple step-by-step wizard.
- entire Team including public channel Conversations and private channel Conversations, as well as user or group Chats (1:M) back into Teams or to an easy-to-read HTML chat thread.
- all files and folders from a chosen Windows workstation or laptop. You can restore the files back to their original machine or your endpoint manager server.
Adding users is a breeze: Quickly protect all the users in a customer's M365 organization and also auto-provisions new users to be added to the backup list once they are created.

Archiving or migrating mailboxes: All emails within a Microsoft 365 mailbox can be restored to a downloadable PST file. The PST file can then be opened in Outlook to view and restore individual emails and attachments. This is ideal for archiving or migrating a user's mailbox.
