LOCATION: United States (remote)
As Altaro's primary Technical Evangelist in North America, you are the community-facing face and voice of Altaro and our successful educational content hub. Through your work on webinars, videos, podcasts and more, you will help 1.8M+ (and growing!) IT professionals around the globe skill up, solve complex IT challenges and better understand the platforms they work with.
You will also be our ambassador, building a presence in various online and offline IT communities and user groups. At select trade show events throughout the year, you will represent Altaro by taking on speaking engagements focused on educational topics primarily.
Aside from being the main presenter for Altaro tutorial videos and hosting webinars, you will be involved in our editorial process to ensure our content production is relevant and of a high standard. Internally, having a close affinity with the environment our target audiences work in, you are an important IT technical resource for Marketing, but also Engineering, QA and Support. You may also support high value Sales opportunities from time to time to serve as the technical expert. This is a full-time, remote position.
