Sales Administrator

LOCATION: MALTA, EU

Due to our continued company expansion, we are looking to hire a Sales Administrator who will play an important role in our Inside Sales team in Malta.

We are looking for an individual who is extremely well organized and pro-active, has a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Outlook) and is eager to work within our team.

The responsibilities will vary depending on the projects we are working on. Daily duties include processing of orders, answering of emails, leads related tasks such as: lead research, inserting data in the CRM, checking inbound leads and assisting the sales team with their daily admin tasks.

As we have clients in over 110 countries, our Sales Administrator will be dealing with our customers and partners from around the world daily. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys administration-related work and is seeking international experience.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Coordinator, the responsibilities will include the following:

  • Handling daily incoming queries to our international partners and customers– via phone and email
  • Providing admin support to the Inside Sales Team
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customers records
  • Processing orders
  • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Data processing within our CRM system
  • Developing / updating existing reports

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English (verbal & written) - Any other languages can be considered as an asset
  • High level of pro-activity
  • Excellent organizational & multitasking skills
  • Previous experience as a sales administrator or a similar role, will be considered an asset
  • Experience with CRMs such as Sugar or Salesforce will be considered an asset
  • Very good with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Outlook)
  • Confident on the phone
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
