Sales Administrator


Altaro part of Hornetsecurity Group is looking to hire a Sales Administrator who will play an important role in our Sales team.

We are looking for an individual who is extremely well organized and pro-active, has previous experience in a CRM system, such as SugarCRM or Sales Force, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Outlook) and is eager to work within our team.

As we have clients in over 110 countries, our Sales Administrator will be dealing with our customers and partners from around the world daily. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys administration-related work and is seeking international experience. The applicant must be open to flexible working hours if required and must have experience in a similar role.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the responsibilities will include the following:

  • Data processing within our CRM system
  • Setting up and onboarding new employees, provide training on how to use systems
  • Be the main point of contact for handling any CRM issues
  • Liaising with the team and with CRM support on open tickets
  • Handling reporting and any statistical data the team require
  • Covering other team members (processing orders, invoice queries, quotations)
  • Providing admin support to the Sales Team
  • Handling daily incoming queries to our international partners and customers
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customers records


  • Excellent command of English (verbal & written) - Any other languages can be considered as an asset
  • High level of pro-activity
  • Excellent organizational & multitasking skills
  • Previous experience as a sales administrator or a similar role, will be considered an asset
  • Very good with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Outlook)
  • Previous IT experience is not required however the chosen candidate must have the ability to understand and pick up the product knowledge provided as part of training, as plays a vital role in handling the day-to-day queries
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
