We are looking for a Product Manager with passion for technology, product design, product lifecycle, and user experience to start immediately or as soon as possible at our offices in Malta or Macedonia/ Skopje.

Your job
- You will be a part of a multi-national product management team and help build products in our security, backup, and GRC suite, as well as internal tools.
- You are expected to work cross-functionally with different departments to drive products and/or features from an idea to product launch.
- You collaborate with other product managers to share responsibilities on assigned products or features.
- You are responsible to understand the customer and or market needs, collect requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- You design products based on research, data driven decisions, and strategic business objectives.
- You ensure the best user experience for our products for all user personas.
- You follow rigorously our product management lifecycle and produce detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), prepare function-oriented wireframes or mock-ups, and support collaborating teams to deliver the requited products and or features.
- You act as the link between technology and business, and communicate the product vision, capabilities, and overall strategy as a coherent whole to the organization and partner channel.
- You are responsible for release management including internal product release notes, management of beta programs, communication and product training of internal teams and external product launches.
- You assist in maintaining the roadmap of the Hornetsecurity portfolio.
Your profile
- You have a completed education, a completed study or comparable knowledge in the technical area – Ideally have experience in a similar product management role.
- You are passionate about product design and user experience – experience in working with SaaS products, backup and/or compliance software is a plus.
- You combine a deep understanding of technology, customer needs and derive strategies to create products that reach business goals.
- You are ideally familiar with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
- You are self-motivated, a great team player, but can also take responsibility and work independently in a goal-oriented manner with minimal supervision.
- You have strong analytical skills, good at breaking down complex problems and proposing solutions.
- You can justify and present both technical and functional decisions in a transparent and goal-oriented manner.
- You are a quick-learner and are keen to expose yourself to new technologies and ideas.
- You are proficient in document structuring, can work under pressure on concurrent projects, and comfortable respecting deadlines.
- You possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal – being confident in public speaking is a bonus.
