With more than 40,000 customers and 9,000+ partners worldwide, we are expanding at a rapid pace and are looking for an individual with expertise in lead nurturing (automation) and email marketing to join our team.
Forming part of the Marketing Department, the Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for working with our marketing automation and sales CRM platforms to plan, execute, monitor and tweak world-class lead nurturing programs and demand generation campaigns.
The role involves examining the customer and partner journeys, mapping content accordingly and handling lead management (and scoring) as well as flow between the different platforms and databases involved.
In this role, you will also own our email marketing and lead nurturing efforts, ensuring that we keep up to date with best practises relating to email marketing developments, Sender Score/reputation management, list management/hygiene and GDPR compliance.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for AB testing to continuously improve and develop email campaign performance.
The ideal candidate possesses a combination of strategic and tactical skills, including communications, marketing and sales process acumen, and use of metrics and analytics.
