Junior Sales Administrator

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the responsibilities will include the following:

• Processing orders
• Handling all invoice/billing queries
• Issuing quotations
• Providing admin support to the Sales Team
• Handling daily incoming queries to our international partners and customers
• Maintaining and updating sales and customers records
• Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Data processing within our CRM system

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English (verbal & written) - Any other languages can be considered an asset
• High level of pro-activity
• Excellent organizational & multitasking skills
• Previous experience as a Junior Sales Administrator or a similar role, will be considered an asset
• Experience with CRMs such as SugarCRM and/or Salesforce will be considered an asset
• Very good with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Outlook)
• Previous IT experience is not required however the chosen candidate must have the ability to understand and pick up the product knowledge provided as part of training, as this plays a vital role in handling the day-to-day queries
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
