Call Centre Agent


Due to steady growth, we are now seeking to employ a Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic sales team.

In this role, you will call and email our international partners, customers and potential customers daily, helping them with product quotes, advice and other related queries, eventually guiding them towards our technical support team or purchasing our products.

We expect you to have excellent written and spoken English and to be confident when speaking to people on the phone. You must be self-motivated and a great team player. Although not necessary, an understanding of IT will be considered an asset.

This is a full-time role – Monday to Friday.

Role Description:

  • Call/email leads, help answer any questions and move them towards a purchase
  • Call/email potential Altaro partners, offering promotions, moving them up partner program, etc.
  • Call/email customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Answer any incoming sales requests
  • Help manage sales mailbox
  • Track all your calls/emails using our CRM
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into opportunities
  • Emphasise product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
  • Full command of the English language – any other language will be considered as an asset
  • Comfortable making numerous phone calls a day
  • Extremely confident on the phone
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, able to operate on own initiative
  • A team player who can excel and ambitious to succeed
  • A collaborative individual who communicates with all key players
